very interesting game, its so simple but its very good. the music fits perfictly. I only have one question, what do the purple pills do?

i love this game! i like how you can make your virus stronger to infect more people and kill them faster
the hardest part for me is reaching madigascar, since the only way to spread it there is by the harbor, and that closed right away.
other then that exilent game
